Bailey Concrete Pumping Ltd hires truck-mounted concrete boom pumps with an operator. Our six pumps, from 20m to 42m, are based in Crook, County Durham, and work on sites across the North East of England and beyond, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Concrete pump hire means a boom pump and its operator come to your site and pump the concrete from the ready-mix wagons to where it is needed — over buildings, walls and other obstacles. We provide pump hire only: the concrete itself is ordered separately from a concrete supplier.
What concrete pump hire includes
You hire the pump with an operator who sets it up and places the concrete under the direction of your site team.
Where the boom cannot reach, our pumps carry additional pipework to help reach difficult or restricted-access areas.
Choosing the right pump size
Our fleet runs from 20m to 42m of boom reach. The right size depends on how far the concrete needs to travel from where the pump can stand, and what is in the way. Tell us about your site and your pour and we will recommend a suitable pump.
What you need to arrange
Order your concrete from a concrete supplier — we do not supply it. If the pump needs to set up on a road or footpath, any permission needed must be in place before the day. Let us know early where you would like the pump to stand and we will tell you how much space it needs.
